Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering me a relaxing stay overall. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location was superb, making it easy for me to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. However, the dining experience left something to be desired due to limited options and an unwelcoming encounter with one of the waitresses.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, recently renovated, and smelled fresh and clean. Although we were expecting a harbor view, our room overlooked the street. The service was excellent, with attentive and very friendly staff offering great suggestions for our visit. The location was perfect for walking to Church Street and the Lake Champlain waterfront. The dining experience was good overall, but the breakfast service was a bit lacking in friendliness. Facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, right across from Lake Champlain, but it was a bit warm initially and we had to run the AC to cool it down. The service was friendly overall, but there was a glitch with parking passes. The location was perfect for exploring Burlington, with easy access to Church Street and the waterfront, although the service was average. The dining was good, although a bit pricey, and the waitress's attitude was off-putting. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues.
